About the Role
Taylor Brook Animal Hospital in Auburn, Maine, is looking for an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated part-time or full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our 2 doctor team. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional veterinary care while fostering a warm, compassionate atmosphere for both our team and clients. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine while making meaningful connections with both pets and their owners.
What We Offer:
- Well-Equipped Facility: Our hospital features 3 exam rooms, a surgical suite, a treatment area, and a kennel room for both cats and dogs. We are equipped with Idexx lab equipment, x-ray, dental x-ray, point-of-care ultrasound, and therapeutic cold laser.
- Patient-Centered Care: We provide a full range of wellness services, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, cold laser therapy, and digital radiography for cats and dogs. We also provide primary care for some exotics as well. Our team is dedicated to personalized, low-stress handling for all patients, and we offer house call euthanasias for added comfort during difficult times. We also are located within a very reasonable distance of specialty clinics for all our patients’ referral needs.
- Great Work-Life Balance: We offer a flexible 3 or 4-day work week with no weekends, no on-call, and no overnight hours. We value our employees' time and strive for a supportive and positive work environment.
